What can I take to make me feel less tired or fatigued?

The answer to that is caffeine. Caffeine is everywhere. It's in Coke and soda pop, chocolate, coffee, tea, and NoDoz pills at your drug store. It's ubiquitous in supplements because it gives people the sensation a worthless supplement is doing something. So, before you buy some expensive product (like a huge Café Grande @ Starbucks or some energy drink) just to get the caffeine, check out NoDoz --> http://www.drugs.com/cdi/nodoz.html which you can get dirt cheap at your drug store over the counter. It's the only nonprescription stimulant in the US that works on everyone across the board and can be purchased OTC on the cheap at markets and drug stores. You should, however, beware the adverse side effects because many people suffer from insomnia, increased anxiety, heart palpitations, etc. when using caffeine.

Caffeine does not give people energy. It does, however, stimulate people and that creates the sense of having more energy. Natural energy, the ability to perform physically for long periods of time aka stamina or endurance, comes from peak physical health and not neurological stimulation. So, it's possible what you really need is more exercise, more sleep, and/or a better diet. Food for thought.

You can read about stimulants here --> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stimulant

Don't waste a lot of money on a supplement and get something which will contain a bunch of junk you don't need just to get a little caffeine when you can get that on the cheap in pill or capsule form.

Good luck and good health!!
